Polymer Starter Kit v1.x is deprecated in favor of Polymer Starter Kit 2, which uses Polymer's [PRPL pattern](https://www.polymer-project.org/1.0/toolbox/server), and [app-layout elements](https://github.com/PolymerElements/app-layout).
If you're starting a new project we **strongly** recommend you use Polymer Starter Kit 2.
