Remove popt references
- popt has been replaced with the GOption infrastructure. So there's no need to include the popt.h file. - Also rewritten the comment that was elaborating on popt vs GOption - Finally removed the loglevel option (which was excluded from the compile anyway) that still referred to popt. git-svn-id: svn+ssh://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash/trunk@18726 57a11ea4-9604-0410-9ed3-97b8803252fd
