Remove obsolete strspn() call that causes valgrind warnings about invalid read().
The strspn() call was added in r8500 but the usage of its return value was removed in r10315, so it isn't neccesary anyway. The macro GNC_DEPRECATED is defined nowhere and used nowhere else, so we can remove that block altogether. git-svn-id: svn+ssh://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash/trunk@22071 57a11ea4-9604-0410-9ed3-97b8803252fd
