756f444ac3 Update bug tracker URL 
Change all instances of bugzilla.gnome.org to bugs.gnucash.org, reflecting
our migration to a self-hosted bug tracker.

Inform the Translation Project Coordinator at release that this affects
translatable strings and that all message catalogs have been updated.

8cd6c0e1c4 Add report forms T-Account/Vertical and account types Active/Passive to 
glossary.

Some european countries prefer reports in T-Account form and group
'equity & liability' in Passive.

Merged in glossary/*.po files.

0882ec4722 Add "discount" to all glossary files because some languages use different translations in billing terms and invoices. 
Additional the german translation is added to glossary/de.po.
This change does not break the string freeze as it is not user visible.

	preference for HBCI. Rename preference tab to "Importing/Online".

* po/gnc-glossary.txt, po/glossary/gnc-glossary.txt,
	po/glossary/txt-to-pot.sh, po/glossary/de.po: Moved from the
	concept of one big ascii table to the concept of one po file for
	each translation of the glossary. Hence, created this
	subdirectory.
