John Ralls 9865934410 Reduce warning about failing to dlopen a module to debug. 
There's another warning for runtime about not being able to load
a specified module and this one creates a lot of noise during a parallel
build.

This is gnc-module, a plugin/module system for gnucash and related
software.  The documentation currently consists of 'doc/design.txt'.
