Andreas Köhler e14a0f563b Improve svn2cl.xsl: Make branch selection more flexible, strip unmerged branches. ... All included branches can be configured in one xsl:variable now, with optional child parameters 'before' and 'after', e.g. to support branching points and intermediary merges. Fix the bug that the date of a hidden previous log entry can undermine the printing of a new date-author header for a log entry.
