Ask for GLib 2.6 and GTK+ 2.6. Let the included GOffice 0.0.4 and LibGSF 1.12.3 use their native base dependencies. Remove all #ifdefs and compatibility code that were necessary to make GnuCash, GOffice and LibGSF compile on an older setup (GLib 2.4, Pango 1.6, GTK+ 2.4). git-svn-id: svn+ssh://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash/trunk@15400 57a11ea4-9604-0410-9ed3-97b8803252fd

The project aims to provide an efficient extensible i/o abstraction for
dealing with different structured file formats.
libgsf is licensed under the terms of the GNU LGPL included in the
file COPYING.LIB.

: For commenting that the dir stream had offsets too. That way we can
avoid OpenOffice's trouble parsing pcode.

- zlib : for doing all the heavy lifting, and suppling gzio.c as an
