Stefan HallerandClaude Opus 5.5 d7ffcd02b4 Extract the decoding of a path in a diff header into unquoteDiffPath ...

The "rename to" and "copy to" lines of a diff header spell a path the
same way as the other header lines, but without a prefix. The next
commit reads paths from these lines too.
