vim-patch:7.4.2109 (#5518)

vim-patch:7.4.2109

Problem: Setting 'display' to "lastline" is a drastic change, while
omitting it results in lots of "@" lines.
Solution: Add "truncate" to show "@@@" for a truncated line.
