vim-patch:9.1.1446: filetype: cuda-gdb config files are not recognized

Problem:  filetype: cuda-gdb config files are not recognized
Solution: detect .cuda-gdbinit and cuda-gdbinit files as gdb filetype
          (Wu Zhenyu)
