Subject: [PATCH] ci(deps): don't brew install ninja on macOS

Problem: `install_deps.sh` tries to install `ninja` on macOS, but it is
installed on the runners by default, triggering warnings (and wasting
time) on CI.

Solution: Don't `brew install ninja`.
