vim-patch:8.1.0463: "simalt ~x" in .vimrc blocks swap file prompt

Problem:    "simalt ~x" in .vimrc blocks swap file prompt.
Solution:   Flush buffers before prompting. (Yasuhiro Matsumoto,
            closes vim/vim#3518, closes vim/vim#2192)
