vim-patch:8.1.1746: ":dl" is seen as ":dlist" instead of ":delete"

Problem:    ":dl" is seen as ":dlist" instead of ":delete".
Solution:   Do not use cmdidxs2[] if the length is 1. (closes vim/vim#4721)
