vim-patch:8.2.3295: 'cursorline' should not apply to 'breakindent' #15281

Problem: 'cursorline' should not apply to 'breakindent'.
Solution: Make 'cursorline' apply to 'breakindent' and 'showbreak'
            consistently. (closes vim/vim#8684)
