Problem:    Not all TRUE and FALSE arguments are tested.
Solution:   Add a few more tests.

Problem:    Values for true and false can be confusing.
Solution:   Update the documentation.  Add a test.  Make v:true evaluate to
            TRUE for a non-zero-arg.
