Livio SpringandClaude Fable 5.1 4984787044 fix(command): use the login v2 link for invite codes without URL template ...

An invite code created without a URL template was sent with the link of
the login v1, even if the login v2 is required. Only clients passing the
template themselves, like the console and the login, got the right link.

The invite command now falls back to the default of the login, like the
commands for the email verification and the password reset already do.
The path is configurable as Login.DefaultPaths.InviteCodePath. The
template of the request and the template of a previous invite code keep
precedence, and nothing changes for the login v1 or returned codes.
