This PR contains various changes and additions to the metainfo document
and desktop file with the goal of improving LACT's appearance on Flathub
and in similar app stores.

- Change summary to follow Flathub's (optional) [quality
guidelines](https://docs.flathub.org/docs/for-app-authors/metainfo-guidelines/quality-guidelines)
- Add branding colors
- Add donation and help URLs
- Add hardware support information

Neal Gompa (ニール・ゴンパ) e216a51237 fix: set lactd to run without requiring graphical mode (#221) 
The lact daemon is usable in a command-line environment, since it
can be interfaced with via the command line. As it's useful in
headless setups, alter the systemd service unit to permit it.
