lqos_scheduler is optional, but helpful as it performs partial reload at regular intervals (reflecting any daytime changes to UISP/Splynx) and sends statistics to InfluxDB.
lqos_scheduler handles statistics and performs continuous refreshes of LibreQoS' shapers, including pulling from any enabled CRM Integrations (UISP, Splynx).
