Correct @return annotation for wp_set_object_terms() and related functions.
The return value is an array of term taxonomy IDs, not term IDs. Fixes #36182. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@36896 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@36864 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
