Naming `nested-circle-plus` and `nested-circle-minus` is too scoped to
the nested-replies feature even though the shapes themselves are generic
UI primitives.
This change renames them to `discourse-circle-plus` and
`discourse-circle-minus` (matching the existing `discourse-*`icon
convention) so they can be reused anywhere a plain
plus/minus-in-a-circle is needed without an awkwardly
nested-replies-specific name.
### Super high level description:
Adds a nested/threaded view for Discourse topics, allowing posts to be
displayed as an indented reply tree instead of the default flat
chronological stream.
Backend:
- New /n/:slug/:topic_id routes serving roots, children (paginated), and
context (ancestor chain) endpoints
- TreeLoader recursively fetches reply trees with configurable max
depth, Sort supports top/new/old ordering
- NestedViewPostStat caches per-post reply counts (direct + total
descendants, whisper-aware) with a backfill job for existing data
- NestedTopic model tracks per-topic opt-in and pinned post
Frontend:
- Recursive <NestedPost> / <NestedPostChildren> components with
lazy-load expansion, cloaking, and scroll tracking
- NestedViewCache service preserves expansion state and scroll position
across back/forward navigation (15 entries, 10min TTL)
- Context view for deep-linking to a specific post with its ancestor
chain
- Floating actions bar, sort selector, real-time MessageBus updates
Site settings (hidden): nested_replies_enabled, nested_replies_default,
nested_replies_default_sort, nested_replies_max_depth,
nested_replies_cap_nesting_depth, nested_replies_toggle_mode_groups,
plus a per-category default override.

We notify admins both when an upcoming change is available
for preview (at promotion status - 1) and when an upcoming
change is automatically promoted.
There are cases where multiple changes might be deployed at the same
time, and we want to avoid sending multiple notifications to admins in a
short period of time.
This PR consolidates the notifications for both events into a single
notification that includes all relevant changes. So for new upcoming
changes, admins will receive a single notification that lists all the
changes that are now available for preview. For automatic promotions,
admins will receive a single notification that lists all the changes
that were automatically promoted.
In addition, this PR follows up on
https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/38051 and
directly links the notifications to a filtered list of upcoming changes
by
setting name.

Adds support to the grid markdown-it token in the form of a simple block
node, where regular editing and drag and drop work the same as usual.
It also extracts the auto-grid logic from ComposerUpload to live in the
textarea-specific `textarea-text-manipulation`, with a new logic for the
ProseMirror version.
This PR introduces a heading/paragraph dropdown menu for the
composer toolbar, that works for both the new rich text editor, and
the old markdown editor.
Features include:
* Dynamically changing the icon based on the heading level
* Checking the current heading level in the dropdown list
* Applying the same heading level to multiple selections

## 🔍 Overview
This update adds the ability for users to manually add translations to
specific posts. It adds a 🌐 icon on the post menu where you can click to
add translations for posts.
It also introduces a new site setting:
`content_localization_debug_allowed_groups` which is convenient when
debugging localized posts. It adds a globe icon in the post meta data
area along with a number of how many languages the post is translated
in. Hovering over the icon will show a tooltip with access to editing
and deleting the translated posts.

This JS was used to wrap long usernames. Nowadays in core, we use a
simpler `word-break: break-all;` pattern, so it makes sense to use the
same simplification in the embedded comments view.
- Load moment and moment-timezone-with-data via webpack import instead
of including copies in every locale file
- Fetch static files from node_modules instead of `vendor/`
This cuts the size of locale-specific JS files in half, since they no
longer include moment itself.

Forcing a thread will work even in channel which don't have `threading_enabled` or in direct message channels.
For now this feature is only available through the `ChatSDK`:

This PR addresses the push to unify the icon representing AI throughout Discourse, by using the discourse-sparkles icon.
The icon is being moved to core to make changes with dependencies included in core that were using the "magic" icon instead.

The commit 685e0da upgrade HighlightJS to version 11, which deprecates

This brought a regression of syntax highlighting of GitHub oneboxes,
which was fixed in 09cec7d. This commit adds a test case to prevent
future regressions like this one.

This commit adds to the experimental user menu a new "other notifications" tab that's very similar to the "all notifications" tab, but with the main difference being that it doesn't show notification types that do have dedicated tabs in the menu (e.g. mentions, likes, replies etc.).
The rationale behind this is that the notification types that do have dedicated tabs tend to dominate the "all notifications" tab, leaving very small chances for the user to notice rarer or infrequent notification types. Adding a tab for all the other types gives the user a way to review those infrequent notification types.

We were already compiling the markdown bundle via ember-cli, but that version was only being used in the test environment. This commit improves the implementation, and updates the filename so it's also used in production.
This commit also
- Removes the vendored copy of `markdown-it.js` and fetches from node_modules instead
- Updates `pretty_text.rb` to remove the custom sprockets-manifest-parsing
- Removes `pretty-text-bundle.js`, which was only being used by `pretty_text.rb`
The new plugin list is based on the ones currently used in our ember-cli pipeline, and are based on our official browser support policy.
This commit includes an update to the raw-handlebars compiler to remove the 'very hacky but lets us use ES6' code. It's served us well for the last 6 years, but the babel config changes broke it (`const` -> `let`). This commit takes the opportunity to refactor it to take a similar approach to PrettyText, by leaning on `mini-loader.js`.
Now that we've switched to Ember CLI, these things are no longer used.
- These sprockets manifests are superceded by the assets generated by ember cli
- These vendored scripts are now fetched by ember-auto-import at compile time
Updates markdown-it to v13.0.1
Noteworthy changes:
* `markdownit()` is now available on `globalThis` instead of `window`.
* The `text_collapse` rule was renamed to `fragments_join` which affected the `bbcode-inline` implementation.
* The `linkify` rule was added to the `inline` chain which affected the handling of the `[url]` BBCode. If available, our implementation reuses `link_open` and `link_close` tokens created by linkify in order to prevent duplicate links.
* The rendered HTML for code changed slightly. There's now a linebreak before the `</code>` tag. The tests were adjusted accordingly.
