48fb354bce PERF: avoid traversing DOM in loadScript 
Once a script is loaded operation should be very fast.

This optimisation avoids a DOM traverse and call to getURL on
every invocation.

  instead of the 03d26cd6 parent (which contains security fixes)

09ca75d17e FIX: select-kit was in the wrong place
