FIX: Ensure ColorScheme#resolve falls back to base for missing color (#20186)
When a CUSTOM_SCHEME is missing a color (e.g. 'Dracula' is missing a 'highlight' color), we need to fallback to `ColorScheme.base_colors`. This regressed in 66256c15bd

UX: Calculate missing hover/selected colors from existing colors (#20105)
`--d-hover` is calculated to be equivalent to primary-100 in light mode, or primary-low in dark mode

`--d-selected` is calculated to be equivalent to primary-low in light mode, or primary-100 in dark mode

`lib/color_math` is introduced to provide some utilities for making these calculations.

8e3691d537 PERF: Eager load Theme associations in Stylesheet Manager.
Before this change, calling `StyleSheet::Manager.stylesheet_details`
for the first time resulted in multiple queries to the database. This is
because the code was modelled in a way where each `Theme` was loaded
from the database one at a time.

This PR restructures the code such that it allows us to load all the
theme records in a single query. It also allows us to eager load the
required associations upfront. In order to achieve this, I removed the
support of loading multiple themes per request. It was initially added
to support user selectable theme components but the feature was never
completed and abandoned because it wasn't a feature that we thought was
worth building.

Color scheme optional defer publish (#12972)
* DEV: add a method of skipping publishing stylesheets afer color scheme save

allows a method to publish all stylesheets if we make changes to many
stylesheets at once

* use after_save_commit for stylesheet change callbacks

This may be more reliable for picking up new stylesheet changes via messagebus
as after_save does not guarantee the updates exists in the DB yet.

* add skip_publish option for create_from_base

Simplify theme and color scheme seeding (#10872)
Now that we have support for user-selectable color schemes, it makes sense
to simplify seeding and theme updates in the wizard.

We now:

- seed only one theme, named "Default" (previously "Light")
- seed a user-selectable Dark color scheme
- rename the "Themes" wizard step to "Colors"
- update the default theme's color scheme if a default is set
(a new theme is created if there is no default)

DEV: Let themes extend color definitions (#10429)
Themes can now declare custom colors that get compiled in core's color definitions stylesheet, thus allowing themes to better support dark/light color schemes.

For example, if you need your theme to use tertiary for an element in a light color scheme and quaternary in a dark scheme, you can add the following SCSS to your theme's `color_definitions.scss` file:

```
:root {
  --mytheme-tertiary-or-quaternary: #{dark-light-choose($tertiary, $quaternary)};
}
```

And then use the `--mytheme-tertiary-or-quaternary` variable as the color property of that element. You can also use this file to add color variables that use SCSS color transformation functions (lighten, darken, saturate, etc.) without compromising your theme's compatibility with different color schemes.

427d54b2b0 DEV: Upgrading Discourse to Zeitwerk (#8098)
Zeitwerk simplifies working with dependencies in dev and makes it easier reloading class chains.

We no longer need to use Rails "require_dependency" anywhere and instead can just use standard
Ruby patterns to require files.

This is a far reaching change and we expect some followups here.

FEATURE: Allow themes to override color transformation variables (#7987)
Theme developers can now add any of the transformed color variables to their color scheme in about.json. For example

```
  "color_schemes": {
    "Light": {
      "primary": "333333",
      "secondary": "ffffff",
      "primary-low": "ff0000"
    }
  },
```

would override the primary-low variable when compiling SCSS for the color scheme. The primary-low variable will also be visible in administrator color palette UI.

UX: Preview multiple color schemes in wizard (#6151)
It was a dropdown to provide choices of color schemes,
and only one scheme could be shown.
With this commit, multiple color scheme previews can be displayed on
one page at the same time, making admins choose color schemes more
easily.

Theme preview windows are shrinked.

Imported default color schemes.
