Martin Brennan 8b3c6cd396 DEV: Fix github workflow system spec screenshot location (#19435) ... These screenshots are located at paths like: /__w/discourse/discourse/tmp/capybara/failures_r_spec_example_groups_quoting_chat_message_transcripts_copying_quote_transcripts_with_the_clipboard_quotes_multiple_chat_messages_into_a_topic_134.png not /tmp/screenshots.
