David Taylor 931fa723eb DEV: Replace break_string.js with CSS in embedded view (#32488) ...

This JS was used to wrap long usernames. Nowadays in core, we use a
simpler `word-break: break-all;` pattern, so it makes sense to use the
same simplification in the embedded comments view.
