Add ipa-advise plugins for nss-pam-ldapd legacy clients

Add three new ipa-advise plugins, to facilitate configuration of
legacy clients using nss-pam-ldapd:

* config-redhat-nss-pam-ldapd
* config-generic-linux-nss-pam-ldapd
* config-freebsd-nss-pam-ldapd
