RTD default theme removes discs from the section list items which makes
design pages look strange. Add them back via small CSS override.
Also, add 1em on the left side of the disc to provide visual cue that
this is a list item.

m2r project was forked to m2r2 which is actively developed.
m2r2 works with new Sphinx versions.
Update our list of documentation requirements and add support for
plantuml to be able to integrate diagrams.

New LDAP object class "ipaUserSubordinate" with four new fields:
- ipasubuidnumber / ipasubuidcount
- ipasubgidnumber / ipasgbuidcount
New self-service permission to add subids.
New command user-auto-subid to auto-assign subid
The code hard-codes counts to 65536, sets subgid equal to subuid, and
does not allow removal of subids. There is also a hack that emulates a
DNA plugin with step interval 65536 for testing.
Work around problem with older SSSD clients that fail with unknown
idrange type "ipa-local-subid", see: https://github.com/SSSD/sssd/issues/5571

The RADIUS auth type is only supported with Kerberos currently.
This design proposes a way to make it work with LDAP binds
as well without relying ok workarounds.

Update instructions on how to build images starting with Fedora 34 using
kickstart files used by Fedora to build its cloud images.
Change vagrant provisioning steps to support both prebuilt and default
cloud images, removing the burden of maintaining boxes up-to-date, but
also providing a way to build fresh images without external packer
templates.

Run sphinx-builder with -W (fail on error), --keep-going, and -j auto.
Auto-job scaling speeds up sphinx-builder a LOT.
Add make lint target to doc/Makefile. The -E and -a option ensure that
all files are always re-read and rewritten.
Add option to run sphinx-builder from a virtual env that mimics RTD
builds closer than Fedora packages.

m2r converts code blocks into ReST code blocks with syntax highlighting.
Auto-detection of the language does not work correctly, though.
Explicitly set the language for console, ini, and Python blocks.

For the authentication indicators 'otp', 'radius', 'pkinit', and
'hardened', allow specifying maximum ticket life and maximum renewable
age in Kerberos ticket policy.
The policy extensions are now loaded when a Kerberos principal data is
requested by the KDC and evaluated in AS_REQ KDC policy check. If one of
the authentication indicators mentioned above is present in the AS_REQ,
corresponding policy is applied to the ticket.

Upgrade code had Kerberos principal names mixed up: instead of creating
krbtgt/LOCAL-FLAT@REMOTE and marking LOCAL-FLAT$@REMOTE as an alias to
it, it created LOCAL-FLAT$@REMOTE Kerberos principal and marked
krbtgt/LOCAL-FLAT@REMOTE as an alias.
This differs from what Active Directory expects and what is created by
ipasam plugin when trust is established. When upgrading such deployment,
an upgrade code then unexpectedly failed.
