Christian Heimes	c8da61b92a	Generate scripts from templates ... Python scripts are now generated from templates. The scripts are marked as nodist (no distribution) but install targets. The templates for the scripts are extra distribution data, no installation (noinst). Timo Aaltonen	44a3e0fe1d	configure: Use ODS_USER and NAMED_GROUP in daemons/dnssec/*.service.in ... These are platform specific, add values for Debian and default values for Fedora/RHEL.
