A new command-line option was added, --key-type-size, to define
the type of key to generate and the size of the key, or equivalent.
Only rsa is supported currently but this can be expanded easily if
additional key types are added. Placeholders have been added for
ec and ml-dsa key types but they are not yet supported.
There is also a config plugin option to modify this value. It does
NOT modify any certificates already issued. Changing it will only
apply to new replicas added.

For each executed command in server context, send the information about

what is recored in httpd's error_log for API requests coming through the
RPC layer.
In server mode operations are performed directly on the server over
LDAPI unix domain socket, so httpd end-point is not used and therefore
operations aren't recorded in the error_log.
With this change any IPA API operation is sent as an audit event to the
journal, alog with additional information collected by the journald
itself.
To aid with identification of these messages, an application name is
replaced with IPA.API and the actual name from api.env.script is made a
part of the logged message. The actual application script name is
available as part of the journal metadata anyway.
If no Kerberos authentication was used but rather LDAPI autobind was in
use, the name of the authenticated principal will be replaced with
[autobind].

The API schema is not checked for changes until after a TTL
is expired. A one-hour TTL was hardcoded which makes development
tedious because the only way to force a schema update is to
remember to remove files between invocations.
This adds a new environment variable, schema_ttl, to configure
the TTL returned by the server to schema() calls. This can be
set low to ensure a frequent refresh during development.
If the client is in compat mode, that is if client is working
against a server that doesn't support the schema() command,
then use the client's schema_ttl instead so that the user still
has control.
Re-check validity before writing the cache. This saves us both
a disk write and the possibility of updating the expiration
with a ttl of 0. This can happen if the fingerprint is still
valid (not expired, no language change) the schema check is
skipped so we have no server-provided ttl.
