The leak happens due to using strndup in a for loop to create a temporary
string without freeing it in all cases.

Add explicit NSPR_CFLAGS and NSS_CFLAGS where NSPR_LIBS and NSS_LIBS is
used.
Use DIRSRV_CFLAGS rather than hardcode -I/usr/include/dirsrv.
Append NSPR_CFLAGS to DIRSRV_CFLAGS in ./configure as slapi-plugin.h
includes nspr.h.

Automake manual section 13 What Gets Cleaned says that make maintainer-clean
should not remove files necessary for subsequent runs of ./configure.
It practically means that all usage of MAINTAINERCLEANFILES were incorrect
so I've removed them.

All the headers are now listed in _SOURCES variable.
It seems weird but this is what GNU Automake manual suggests in section
9.2 Header files:
Headers used by programs or convenience libraries are not installed.
The noinst_HEADERS variable can be used for such headers.
However when the header actually belongs to a single convenience library
or program, we recommend listing it in the program’s or library’s
_SOURCES variable (see Program Sources) instead of in noinst_HEADERS.
This is clearer for the Makefile.am reader.
noinst_HEADERS would be the right variable to use in a directory containing
only headers and no associated library or program.

Using a pragma instead of guards is easier to write, less error prone
and avoids name clashes (a source of very subtle bugs). This pragma
is supported on almost all compilers, including all the compilers we
care about: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pragma_once#Portability.
This patch does not change the autogenerated files: asn1/asn1c/*.h.

According to MS-ADTS 6.3.3.2, "Domain Controller Response to an LDAP Ping",
if NETLOGON_NT_VERSION_5EX_WITH_IP is requested in NtVer, we should fill the
socket address of the server and set the NtVer of the response accordingly.
The behavior is a bit unclear from 6.3.3.2 but Samba expects LDAP ping to behave
the same way as a mailslot ping, described in 6.3.5, where socket address of the
server is included only if _WITH_IP variant was requested in NtVer. If NtVer
only contains NETLOGON_NT_VERSION_5EX (without _WITH_IP bit), socket
address should not be filled in.
Additionally, this means we should use special variant of
ndr_push_NETLOGON_SAM_LOGON_RESPONSE_EX helper named
ndr_push_NETLOGON_SAM_LOGON_RESPONSE_EX_with_flags to properly handle optional
existence of the socket address in the response.

For NETLOGON_NT_VERSION_5EX requests the prepended \\ is not expected in
the PDC NetBIOS name. In general AD seems to be smart enough to handle
the two \ signs. But if the NetBIOS name reaches the maximum of 15
character AD does not accept the responses anymore.

The CLDAP DS plugin uses the uppercased first segment of the fully
qualified hostname as the NetBIOS name. We need to limit its size
to 15 characters.
https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/4028
Currently the CLDAP plugin determines the IPA domain name by reading
the current host name and splitting of the domain part. But since an IPA
server does not have to be in a DNS domain which has the same name as
the IPA domain this may fail. The domain name was used to search the
ipaNTDomainAttrs object, but since this object is unique in the tree it
is sufficient to use the objectclass in the search filter. Now the IPA
domain can be read from the ipaNTDomainAttrs object as well.

Windows DCs return an empty reply when a legal request cannot satisfied.
If we get EINVAL or ENOENT it means the information requested could not be
found or input parameters were bogus.
Always return an empty reply in these cases.
On any other internal error just return, the request may have been legit but we
can't really handle it right now, pretend we never saw it and hope the next
attempt will succeed.

1. Stop using getdomainname() as it is often not properly initialized
2. The code using getdomainname() was not working anyway it was trying to
look at the function call output in hostname which is always empty at that
point.
3. Always check the requested domain matches our own, we cannot reply to
anything else anyway.
