The certificate request dialog box has been modified to show
the OpenSSL commands for generating a CSR.
The realm and entry names in the test data have been fixed to
be more consistent.

Add works for nested entities. Delete works for all but keys. Since the API for this is going to change, I'm not going to fix it pre-checkin.
