Ben Lipton	5420e9cfbe	csrgen: Remove helper abstraction ... All requests now use the OpenSSL formatter. Christian Heimes	80be181629	Move csrgen templates into ipaclient package ... csrgen broke packaging of ipaclient for PyPI. All csrgen related resources are now package data of ipaclient package.
