dc73813b8a Warn for permissions with read/write/search/compare and no attrs
An ACI with rights of read, write, search and/or compare without
attributes to apply the rights to is effectively a no-op. Allow
the ACI to be created but include a warning. Ignore the add
and delete rights. While they make no sense in the context of
the other rights we should still warn that they are a no-op
with no attributes.

Use the existing make_aci() object method to create the
message and update the add/mod callers to capture and add the
message to the result if one is provided.

When updating an existing ACI the effective attributes will
not be included so fall back to the attributes in the resulting
permission.

Prior to checking for rights and attributes convert any deprecated
names for older clients into the newer values needed by make_aci

This is exercised by existing xmlrpc permission tests that
create such permissions without attributes.

6d02eddd3e Replace PYTHONSHEBANG with valid shebang
Replace the @PYTHONSHEBANG@ substitution with a valid #!/usr/bin/python3
shebang. This turns Python .in files into valid Python files. The files
can now be checked with pylint and IDEs recognize the files as Python
files.

The shebang is still replaced with "#!$(PYTHON) -E" to support
platform-python.

5be9341fba Add constructors to ldap client
Add LDAPClient.from_realm(), LDAPClient.from_hostname_secure(), and
LDAPClient.from_hostname_plain() constructors.

The simple_bind() method now also refuses to transmit a password over a
plain, unencrypted line.

LDAPClient.from_hostname_secure() uses start_tls and FreeIPA's CA cert
by default. The constructor also automatically disables start_tls for
ldaps and ldapi connections.

21f14e9893 Remove Python 2 support and packages
Remove Python 2 related code and configuration from spec file, autoconf
and CI infrastructure. From now on, FreeIPA 4.8 requires at least Python
3.6. Python 2 packages like python2-ipaserver or python2-ipaclient are
no longer available. PR-CI, lint, and tox aren't testing Python 2
compatibility either.

a347c11650 Rename Python scripts and add dynamic shebang
All Python scripts are now generated from a template with a dynamic
shebang.

ipatests/i18n.py is no longer an executable script with shebang. The
module is not executed as script directly, but rather as

    $(PYTHON) ipatests/i18n.py

Fixes: https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/7680
All Python scripts are now template files with a dynamic shebang line.
