5435a8a32a Use absolute imports 
In Python 3, implicit relative imports will not be supported.
Use fully-qualified imports everywhere.

c60142efda Make an ipa-tests package 
Rename the 'tests' directory to 'ipa-tests', and create an ipa-tests RPM
containing the test suite
