Add new options to ipa config-mod, allowing to enable
SID generation on upgraded servers:
ipa config-mod --enable-sid --add-sids --netbios-name NAME
The new option uses Dbus to launch an oddjob command,
org.freeipa.server.config-enable-sid
that runs the installation steps related to SID generation.
--add-sids is optional and triggers the sid generation task that
populates SID for existing users / groups.
--netbios-name is optional and allows to specify the NetBIOS Name.
When not provided, the NetBIOS name is generated based on the leading
component of the DNS domain name.
This command can be run multiple times.

There is a file context equivalence rule assigning /run the same
contexts as /var/run. Because of it it's necessary to use /var/run
instead of /run in file context definitions.

On aarch64, custodia creates AVC when accessing /proc/cpuinfo.
According to gcrypt manual
(https://gnupg.org/documentation/manuals/gcrypt/Configuration.html),
/proc/cpuinfo is used on ARM architecture to read the hardware
capabilities of the CPU. This explains why the issue happens only
on aarch64.
audit2allow suggests to add the following:
allow ipa_custodia_t proc_t:file { getattr open read };
but this policy would be too broad. Instead, the patch is using
the interface kernel_read_system_state.

In selinux enforcing mode, the command ipa trust-add fails
to establish a one-way trust, during the step fetching the remote
domains.
This step calls a script over DBus and oddjob, that is executed
with oddjob_t context. The policy must allow noatsecure.
Currently the optional_policy is defined in selinux-policy
repo but is ineffective as ipa_helper_noatsecure is not defined
in this repo. When the optional_policy is defined in our own
module, it is taken into account and ipa trust-add succeeds.

A SELinux rule for ipa_custodia_stream_connect(httpd_t) was not copied
from upstream rules. It breaks installations on systems that don't have
ipa_custodia_stream_connect in SELinux domain for apache, e.g. RHEL 8.3.

On Fedora 32+ and RHEL 8.3.0+ execution of ipa_helper_t context requires
SELinux policy permission to use 'noatsecure'. This comes most likely
from execve() setup by glibc.
Add SELinux interface ipa_helper_noatsecure() that can be called by
oddjob's SELinux policy definition.
In addition, if ipa_helper_t runs ipa-getkeytab, libkrb5 will attempt to
access SELinux configuration and produce AVC for that. Allow reading
general userspace SELinux configuration.

Require OpenDNSSEC 2.1.6-5 with fix for RHBZ#1825812 (DAC override AVC)
Allow ipa-dnskeysyncd to connect to enforcer.sock (ipa_dnskey_t write
opendnssec_var_run_t and connectto opendnssec_t). The
opendnssec_stream_connect interface is available since 2016.
Change the owner of the ipa-ods-exporter socket to ODS_USER:ODS_GROUP.
The ipa-ods-exporter service already runs as ODS_USER.

ipa-custodia is an internal service for IPA. The upstream SELinux policy
has a separate module for ipa_custodia. Fold the current policy from
Fedora rawhide into ipa's SELinux policy.

This commit sets the system_u:object_r:ipa_helper_exec_t:s0 context to the
oddjob script org.freeipa.server.trust-enable-agent.
Without this context, oddjob cannot launch the command
/usr/libexec/ipa/oddjob/org.freeipa.server.trust-enable-agent
when ipa-adtrust-install --add-agents is run with SElinux enforcing.

Incorporate SELinux policy changes introduced in Dogtag 10 in IPA
SELinux policy:
- dogtag10 now runs with pki_tomcat_t context instead of pki_ca_t
- certmonger related rule are now integrated in system policy and
can be removed from IPA policy

or named_t to DS socket. The socket has different target type anyway
(dirsrv_var_run_t) and the policy allowing this is already in
system.

Currently, CRL files are being exported to /var/lib/pki-ca
sub-directory, which is then served by httpd to clients. However,
this approach has several disadvantages:
* We depend on pki-ca directory structure and relevant permissions.
If pki-ca changes directory structure or permissions on upgrade,
IPA may break. This is also a root cause of the latest error, where
the pki-ca directory does not have X permission for others and CRL
publishing by httpd breaks.
* Since the directory is not static and is generated during
ipa-server-install, RPM upgrade of IPA packages report errors when
defining SELinux policy for these directories.
Move CRL publish directory to /var/lib/ipa/pki-ca/publish (common for
both dogtag 9 and 10) which is created on RPM upgrade, i.e. SELinux policy
configuration does not report any error. The new CRL publish directory
is used for both new IPA installs and upgrades, where contents of
the directory (CRLs) is first migrated to the new location and then the
actual configuration change is made.

Put the changes from Ade's dogtag 10 patch into namespaced constants in
dogtag.py, which are then referenced in the code.
Make ipaserver.install.CAInstance use the service name specified in the
configuration. Uninstallation, where config is removed before CA uninstall,
also uses the (previously) configured value.

Dogtag 10 uses a new installer, new directory layout and new default
ports. This patch changes the ipa install code to integrate these changes.

Certificate renewal can be done only one one CA as the certificates need
to be shared amongst them. certmonger has been trained to communicate
directly with dogtag to perform the renewals. The initial CA installation
is the defacto certificate renewal master.
A copy of the certificate is stored in the IPA LDAP tree in
cn=ca_renewal,cn=ipa,cn=etc,$SUFFIX, the rdn being the nickname of the
certificate, when a certificate is renewed. Only the most current
certificate is stored. It is valid to have no certificates there, it means
that no renewals have taken place.
The clones are configured with a new certmonger CA type that polls this
location in the IPA tree looking for an updated certificate. If one is
not found then certmonger is put into the CA_WORKING state and will poll
every 8 hours until an updated certificate is available.
The RA agent certificate, ipaCert in /etc/httpd/alias, is a special case.
When this certificate is updated we also need to update its entry in
the dogtag tree, adding the updated certificate and telling dogtag which
certificate to use. This is the certificate that lets IPA issue
certificates.
On upgrades we check to see if the certificate tracking is already in
place. If not then we need to determine if this is the master that will
do the renewals or not. This decision is made based on whether it was
the first master installed. It is concievable that this master is no
longer available meaning that none are actually tracking renewal. We
will need to document this.

Now that we have our own database we can properly enforce stricter constraints
on how the db can be changed. Stop shipping our own kpasswd daemon and instead
use the regular kadmin daemon.
I couldn't put the dogtag rules into the spec file until we required
dogtag as a component. If it wasn't pre-loaded them the rules loading
would fail because types would be missing.
This policy should really be provided by dogtag. We don't want
to grant read/write access to everything dogtag can handle so we
change the context to cert_t instead. But we have to let dogtag
read/write that too hence this policy.
To top it off we can't load this policy unless dogtag is also loaded
so we insert it in the IPA installer
This also removes the Index option of /ipa-assets as well as the
deprecated IPADebug option.
No need to build or install ipa_webgui anymore. Leaving in the code
for reference purposes for now.
External CA signing is a 2-step process. You first have to run the IPA
installer which will generate a CSR. You pass this CSR to your external
CA and get back a cert. You then pass this cert and the CA cert and
re-run the installer. The CSR is always written to /root/ipa.csr.
A run would look like:

This also abstracts out the RA backend plugin so the self-signed CA we
create can be used in a running server. This means that the cert plugin
can request certs (and nothing else). This should let us do online replica
creation.
To handle the self-signed CA the simple ca_serialno file now contains
additional data so we don't have overlapping serial numbers in replicas.
This isn't used yet. Currently the cert plugin will not work on self-signed
replicas.
One very important change for self-signed CAs is that the CA is no longer
held in the DS database. It is now in the Apache database.
Lots of general fixes were also made in ipaserver.install.certs including:
- better handling when multiple CA certificates are in a single file
- A temporary directory for request certs is not always created when the
class is instantiated (you have to call setup_cert_request())
ldapi: grants httpd and krb5kdc to access the DS ldapi socket
ctypes: the Python uuid module includes ctypes which makes httpd segfault
due to SELinux problems.
dogtag: remove the CRL publishing permissions. This only worked if you
had dogtag installed. In the near future will publish elsewhere so for
the time being CRL file publishing will be broken with SELinux enabled.
