Description: Add support for both the old and new replication changelogs.
First try to get and update the new entry, if it's not found
then we know we need to update the old global changelog entry.

The old 'realm' topology suffix is no longer used, howver, it was being
created on masters with version 4.2.3 and later. Make sure it's properly
removed.
Note that this is not the case for the 'ipaca' suffix, whic was later
removed to 'ca'.

Modify update file to use default: rather than add: in
cn=replication,cn=etc,$SUFFIX.
Drop quotes around nsDS5ReplicaRoot because default: values
are not parsed as CSV.
