ecc0a96d16 support using trust-related operations in the server console
When using `ipa -e in_server=True console` on IPA master, the whole IPA
framework is loaded in the same process ('ipa console'). The context
defined for this configuration is 'cli'. Some trust-related operations
need to load Samba bindings and guard itself to 'lite' and 'server'
contexts.

Upon reviewing these cases I came to conclusion that these guards are
unnecessary. It is enough to require that the context is in the server
code.

Allow these operations if we are operating in server mode. This allows
to debug trust-related issued directly in the IPA console on IPA trust
controllers.

ffadcb0414 logging: remove object-specific loggers
Remove all object-specific loggers, with the exception of `Plugin.log`,
which is now deprecated. Replace affected logger calls with module-level
logger calls.

Deprecate object-specific loggers in `ipa_log_manager.get_logger`.

3064b890e2 Conditionally import pyhbac
The pyhbac module is part of SSSD. It's not available as stand-alone
PyPI package. It would take a lot of effort to package it because the
code is deeply tight into SSSD.

Let's follow the example of other SSSD Python packages and make the
import of pyhbac conditionally. It's only necessary for caacl and
hbactest plugins.

I renamed convert_to_ipa_rule() to _convert_to_ipa_rule() because it
does not check for presence of pyhbac package itself. The check is
performed earlier in execute(). The prefix indicates that it is an
internal function and developers have to think twice before using it
in another place.

This makes it much easier to install ipaserver with instrumented build
of Python with a different ABI or in isolated virtual envs to profile
and debug the server.

0f88f8fe88 Remove unused variables in the code
This commit removes unused variables or rename variables as "expected to
be unused" by using "_" prefix.

This covers only cases where fix was easy or only one unused variable
was in a module
