/etc/named.conf is now owned by IPA. The file is overwritten on
installation and all subsequent updates. All user modification will be
lost. Config file creation and update use the same code paths.
This simplifies upgrade process a lot. There is no errprone fiddling
with config settings any more.
During upgrade there is a one-time backup of named.conf to
named.conf.ipa-backup. It allows users to salvage their customization
and move them to one of two user config files which are included by
named.conf.

Remove bindkeys-file directive from named config
The ISC DVL service was shut down (https://www.isc.org/bind-keys/).
BIND versions since April 2017 (i.e. 9.9.10, 9.10.5, 9.11.1 and later)
include a hard-coded copy of the root KSK which gets updates automatically
according to RFC 5011.
Move dnssec-enable directive to custom named config
Move comment named config being managed by FreeIPA to the top
Move settings which could be changed by administrators to
ipa-options-ext.conf. Settings defined there are sole responsibility of the
administrator. We do not check if they might collide with our settings in
named.conf.

``dnssec-enable`` is obsolete in 9.16 and raises a warning. The option
defaults to ``yes`` in all supported versions of bind. The option is
removed when set to ``yes`` and a warning is emitted when the value is
``no``.
DNSSEC lookaside validation has been deprecated by RFC 8749 and the
feature removed from Bind 9.16. The only available lookaside provider
dlv.isc.org no longer provides DLV information since 2017.

While [1] did open recursion, it also opened widely a security flaw.
This patch intends to close it back, while allowing operators to easily
add their open configuration within Bind9.
In order to allow operators to still open Bind recursion, a new file is
introduced, "ipa-ext.conf" (path might change according to the OS). This
file is not managed by the installer, meaning changes to it won't be
overridden.
Since it's included at the very end of the main configuration file, it
also allows to override some defaults - of course, operators have to be
careful with that.

Warn the user some modifications may break IPA setup or upgrade.
All changes the user makes should be explicitly supported and mentioned
in the documentation. Undocumented and unsupported changes, such as
renaming dyndb part from "ipa" will break IPA.

Use the new API for bind 9.11. Removed deprecated "serial_autoincrement"
and updated the rest of configuration to conform to the new format.
This only fixes new IPA installations. For existing installations,
named.conf will be transformed when the new version of bind-dyndb-ldap
is installed.

Fedora 19 has splitted /var/run and /run directories while in Fedora
18 it used to be a symlink. Thus, named may expect its PID file to be
in other direct than it really is and fail to start.
Add pid-file configuration option to named.conf both for new
installations and for upgraded machines.
Remove obsolete BIND GSSAPI configuration options tkey-gssapi-credential
and tkey-domain and replace them with tkey-gssapi-keytab which avoids
unnecessary Kerberos checks on BIND startup and can cause issues when
KDC is not available.
Both new and current IPA installations are updated.

SOA serial autoincrement is a requirement for major DNS features,
e.g. zone transfers or DNSSEC. Enable it by default in named.conf
both for new and upgraded installations. Name of the bind-dyndb-ldap
option is "serial_autoincrement".
From now on, idnsSOAserial attribute also has to be put to
replication agreement exclude list as serial will be incremented
on each DNS server separately and won't be shared. Exclude list
has to be updated both for new replication agreements and the
current ones.
Minimum number of connections for bind-dyndb-ldap has been rised
to 4 connections, the setting will be updated during package upgrade.

Integrate new bind-dyndb-ldap features to automatically track
DNS data changes:
1) Zone refresh
Set --zone-refresh in installation to define number of seconds
between bind-dyndb-ldap polls for new DNS zones. User now
doesn't have to restart name server when a new zone is added.
2) New zone notifications
Use LDAP persistent search mechanism to immediately get
notification when any new DNS zone is added. Use --zone-notif
install option to enable. This option is mutually exclusive
with Zone refresh.
To enable this functionality in existing IPA installations,
update a list of arguments for bind-dyndb-ldap in /etc/named.conf.
An example when zone refresh is disabled and DNS data change
notifications (argument psearch of bind-dyndb-ldap) are enabled:

The fake_mname for now doesn't exists but is a feature that will be
added in the near future. Since any unknown arguments to bind-dyndb-ldap
are ignored, we are safe to use it now.
This patch adds options --forwarder and --no-forwarders. At least one of
them must be used if you are doing a setup with DNS server. They are
also mutually exclusive. The --forwarder option can be used more than
once to specify more servers. If the installer runs in interactive mode,
it will prompt the user if none of these option was given at the command
line.
