Christian Heimes 235f685247 Wheel bundles fixes
* make wheel_bundle no longer bundles ipaplatform
* ipaclient and ipalib use a consistent extra tag for the install
  subpackage. `pip install ipalib[ipalib.install]` looks a bit silly.
