Tomas Krizek 33f7b8dc32 libexec scripts: ldap conn management 
Certificate renewal scripts require connection to LDAP. Properly
handle connects and disconnects from LDAP.

This directory contains scripts to be used by the command (-C) option
of certmonger to restart services when the certificates are renewed.
