Petr Viktorin 55cfd06e3a Better logging for AdminTool and ipa-ldap-updater
- Automatically add a "Logging and output options" group with the --quiet,
    --verbose, --log-file options.
- Set up logging based on these options; details are in the setup_logging
docstring and in the design document.
- Don't bind log methods as individual methods of the class. This means one
    less linter exception.
- Make the help for command line options consistent with optparse's --help and
    --version options.

This is a set of libraries common to IPA clients and servers though mostly
geared currently towards command-line tools.

A brief overview:

config.py - identify the IPA server domain and realm. It uses python-dns to
try to detect this information first and will fall back to
            /etc/ipa/default.conf if that fails.

ipautil.py - helper functions

entity.py - entity is the main data type. User and Group extend this class
            (but don't add anything currently).

ipavalidate.py - basic data validation routines
