This assumes that the developer has the equivalent of a selfsign CA
installed. To do this, install IPA without a CA and copy
/etc/httpd/alias/*.db to ~/.ipa/alias and
/etc/httpd/alias/pwdfile.txt to ~/.ipa/alias/.pwd
