Alexander Bokovoy 6472a107d6 Allow rename of a host group
RN: host groups can now be renamed with IPA CLI:
RN: 'ipa hostgroup-mod group-name --rename new-name'.
RN: Protected hostgroups ('ipaservers') cannot be renamed.
