* 'fr_FR' locale is utilized in
test_ipaserver/test_i18n_messages.py::test_i18n_messages::test_i18n_consequence_receive

* 'en_US' is a commonly used locale
AP warns regularly:

```
/bin/bash: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale
(en_US.utf8): No such file or directory
```
