Fix query parameter template variable (#50023)
As documented under [Advanced variable format options – Query parameters](https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/variables/advanced-variable-format-options/#query-parameters), the option is `queryparam`, not `queryparams`. I have verified in Grafana 8.5.3 that the former works while the latter doesn't.
