Subject: [PATCH] Makefile: Fix integration test shard.sh not reading piped
 input (#119523)

The integration test targets pipe pkgs-with-tests-named.sh output into
shard.sh, but shard.sh was missing the `-d -` flag needed to read from
stdin. Without it, shard.sh ignores the filtered package list and
independently discovers all packages, defeating the purpose of the
pre-filtering step.

This matches how the GitHub Actions workflow invokes the same pipeline.
