* Forbid additional redirect urls

* Optionally force login in anonymous mode

* Update LoginCtrl page to ignore redirect parameter

* Modify SignIn to set forceLogin query instead of redirect

* Pass appUrl to frontend and use URL API for updating url query

* Apply suggestions from code review
