Plugins: Extend panel menu with links from plugins (#63089) 
* feat(plugins): introduce dashboard panel menu placement for adding menu items

* test: add test for getPanelMenu()

Grafana Runtime library

@grafana/runtime is currently in BETA.

This package allows access to grafana services. It requires Grafana to be running already and the functions to be imported as externals.
