* Cloud migrations: create route to delete token

* gcom.DeleteToken returns ErrTokenNotFound instead of a boolean

* remove unnecessary comment

* make openapi3-gen && yarn run rtk-query-codegen-openapi ./scripts/generate-rtk-apis.ts

* gcom stub: implement DeleteToken
