Build: Add command to publish to AWS Marketplace through the pipeline (#59068)
* Remove generic variables from publish github action

* Create publish aws cmd to automate aws releases

* Add tests to publish aws cmd

* Replace fmt with log for prints

* Remove unnecessary type assertions

* Readd mistakenly removed go package

* Replace log with fmt for prints due to conflicts

* Update github tests to conform with casing
