Refactoring api to use translations (chunk 1)
...
- Add spanish translations
- Files in order by name from admin to export
- Does not include api templates and tests
- Fix web_test to load translations
- Fix i18n to fallback to DEFAULT_LOCALE if no system locale found

Changing the way we mattermost handles URLs. team.domain.com becomes domain.com/team.
...
Renaming team.Name to team.DisplayName and team.Domain to team.Name.
So: team.Name -> url safe name. team.DisplayName -> nice name for users
